well u better give your money back mate coz its not exactly 100%. ive seen the actual book and 'prechorus'
is wrong.
the prechorus should actually be 'Cmaj7' (the third chord of the intro), then, 'A7'......

just one change.....in the verse, where you pick the 'd' and 'a' strings, it should be picked 3 times and
not 2 like it says.
