Im not playing it with a capo, but you could probably get away with it on the first 
turning the chords to open strings

What good is a tab if its not explained to all levels of musicians
right away he's not going to use A cause its a diminished chord

so you got the rest to work with where
1 - Bb is major
2 - C is minor
3 - D is a minor
4 - Eb is a major
5 - F is a major
6 - G is a minor
7 - A is the Diminished
Then back to Bb major

*The only place thats troubles me is when i hear a C-C7 at the end of the verse.
