Talking Heads- Cities

Bass tab...you could also us this as a chord chart for guitar, just use dominant 7ths
strum agressively..

Tina really rocked this song!!!!..killer groove.

Play this with a pick and on your amp EQ, turn the bass and low-mids down to about 1/4
and turn your high-mids and treble up to almost full open, so you get kind of a springy
and don't be afraid to really dig in and hit the strings hard with the pick...

the intro fades in with the chorus riff played 2X...(with the E riff played 2X)...[see chorus]

there is also a crazy guitar solo by Adrian that is played for a couple of bars with the
riff...again listen to the record,

this is essentially the form of the song...listen for timing and subtle nuances and
repeat a few times over..(didn't count it so listen to the record)

Enjoy!!!
