Song: Ban the tube top
Band: Reel Big Fish
Tabber: Gary Gatehouse

Intro:
e-------------------------------------------------------
b-------------------------------------------------------
g--7-7----7-7-------------------------------------------
d-------------------4-----5-----------------------------
a------5------5-----------------------------------------
e-----------------2---3-3-------------------------------

Verses:

e-------------------------------------------
b-------------------------------------------
g--7-/-----------------------7-/-----------
d--7-/-----x-x-4-4-x-x-5-5---7-/-----------
a--5-/-----x-x-4-4-x-x-5-5---5-/-----------
e----------x-x-2-2-x-x-3-3------------------

Chourus:

e--------------------------------------------
b--------------------------------------------
g--7-----------------------------------------
d--7--7--9--5--7-----------------------------
a--5--7--9--5--7-----------------------------
e-----5--7--3--5-----------------------------

Each chord above is played roughly 6 times each in
the chorus before moving onto the next chord shown
but LISTEN TO THE TRACK to get the timing right and
"feel" the song, dont just count strums.

End of chourus (all muted)

  pm------
e------------
b------------
g------------
d-4--5--7----
a-4--5--7----
e-2--3--5----

Again, as above, each chord is played roughly 8 - 4
times quickly palm muted (pm---), but listen to the track.

Bridge:
[ Tab from: https://www.guitartabs.cc/tabs/r/reel_big_fish/ban_the_tube_top_tab.html ]
e------------------------------------------------
b-------------8-7-8-7----------------------------
g------7--------------7-----------7-7------------
d--5-7-7-7-5-------------5-7-4----7-7-Pickslide--
a--5-7-5-7-5-------------5-7-4----5-5------------
e--3-5---5-3-------------3-5-2-------------------

The bridge i think is where two guitars are needed
(good if ur in a band), and the "pickslide" bit at
the end means u can use ur pick/plectrum to scrape
the strings to get that high pitched scratchy sound
or just make something up - make it ur own.

Solo

e---------------------------15----14----12------------
b-10b12-10b12-10------------------------------15------
g----------------9b11-7-9-7----12----12----12---12----
d-----------------------------------------------------
a-----------------------------------------------------
e-----------------------------------------------------

e-17b19-17b19-14h15p14------------------
b----------------------15---------------
g---------------------------------------
d---------------------------------------
a---------------------------------------
e---------------------------------------

Probably one of the more easy solos out there that still
manages to sound good.

Part after solo

youll have to listen carefully to hear them (all harmonics)

e-----------------------------------
b----12----12-----------------------
g-------12----14--------------------
d-12--------------------------------
a-----------------------------------
e-----------------------------------

N00bies: If you dont know about harmonics or how to "do" them
on ur guitar, look it up as it takes getting used to.
Alternatively, make the song ur own and just play those above
notes, will still sound good and is much easier.

Back to chourus then your done
