These three notes are played finger-style

I only added the S's and P's for slap and pop on the first verse, and that's
just to give you an indication of how it's played, even though it seems
quite self evident to me. The verse is played finger-style, and in the
bridge he uses an envelope filter, I believe a DOD FX25, but any will do.
There's a bass master track on youtube, which could help you learn the song.
