Next you repeat the chorus, except you just add something to the end of the chorus:

Yeah you just play the ending again basically. You'll get it.

Note that there will be a 3 second pause in  between each chord, in which time you will 
hold down the note, don't let go.

And then you play the chorus over 4 times, which will end the song, but again you will 
play that double ending I noted earlier:
