Alternate between that and the first version of Riff 4, until the song goes back to Riff 1. Riff 1 is played twice here, followed by riff 2 once, then Riff 1 once more. Then, go back to playing Riff 4 again.

The number of times to play the note that I've put here are correct.

Play the riff twice like this.

Then, on the third time, play it as above, except, after the last 12, just hit 15 eight times. 

The song then goes into the acoustic slide guitar part. I haven't figured it out properly yet, but if anyone would like to make some suggestions, that would be great.
