Of course this is a very simplified version...
Just strum or pick on an acoustic guitar. 
Great if you just want to sing it (to someone else maybe)
You have to vary your strumming and/or picking a bit while playing. 
Otherwise it maybe get boring.
Listen to the song and try to find your style.

I don't know the Chords for the solo. 
Just use a bit of the verse and the chorus chords and try to find yor style.
I guess it will do.

And remember, playing an exact 100% cover maybe sounds good, 
but playing it with your own style and ideas 
maybe even sounds better (at least for you :-).
