This is a absolutely beautiful cover version of a Damien Jurado song  by Anna-Lynne Williams
(AKA Lotte Kestner) from her great record 'Stolen'
I won't tab the picking pattern for the bass notes because it's slightly difficult and 
I'd reckon if your able to fingerpick to that level you'll be able to figure it out anyway
