The second part of the verse ("there's a ring in my cell phone") follows this chord 
(it's a bit complicated):

The "gravity's calling" bit is basically an Am chord with a descending bass note. I 
the chords would be:
Am, G#aug(bass G#), Am7(bass G), D7(bass F#)

 The chorus is simply these four chords: F... G-G#... B-C... D-D#-D-D#
