Im unsure about the tuning, alot of places I check says its in A#/Bb standard but I
think it sounds closer to B Standard
Tuning A# Standard: A# D# G# C# F A#
or
Tuning B Standard: B E A D F# B
The song is overall pretty slow, work into the groove and you'll get the rhythm easily.
For the solos play around in the A# minor pentatonic box.
