The End Chords

Couldn't find chords online for this beautiful song so I thought I'd have a go myself.
If you watch Snowy Shaw play it acoustic you'll see that he uses barre chords. This is a
simplified version using open chords and a capo. I think it sounds okay. Feel free to
offer corrections/suggestions, bearing in mind that the idea is to keep it simple.

Capo 5th

Intro: Am Em Am Em

Verse:

Am G
Right now I know it hurts
Am G
