If I Only... - Do Make Say Think
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Tabbed By : Jaronator

Tuning: Standard
Either I'm crazy, or the tuning for this song
seems to be about a quarter-step down from standard
tuning. Or at least a string or two. I'll write what
I'm pretty sure they are, though, ignoring what I
think is off.
Verse Aa:
G|-------|-------|-------|----5-/-9\|
D|-------|-------|-------|----------|
A|-------|-3-----|-5-----|-8--------|
E|-1-----|-------|-------|----------|
[ Tab from: https://www.guitartabs.cc/tabs/d/do_make_say_think/if_i_only_btab.html ]
There seems to be a variation or two the bassist
makes when playing this verse. Like sometimes rather
than playing the F in the final bar, he'll play an E.
I'm not sure how to track them down and tab them easily
without tabbing the whole song, bar-by-bar, so listen
carefully if you want the notes dead-on. Which may defeat
whatever purpose he's made by doing this.
Verse Ab:
G|-------|-------|-------|----5-/-9\|
D|-------|-------|-------|----------|
A|-------|-3-3---|-5-----|-8--------|
E|-1-----|-------|-------|----------|
Verse B:
G|---------|
D|----2----|
A|-------3-|
E|-1-------|
0:18 - Aa
2:15 - Ab
The verse starting on 3:45 is interrupted on the
second bar, so chill until
4:50 - B
5:40 - Aa
5:56 - Ab
The verse starting on 6:54's interrupted on the
second bar again, which ends the bass.
