Remind Me Dear Lord Chords

I'm a new at this whole thing and am open to criticism. This song came from the
album "Alison Krause and the Cox Family - I Know Who Holds Tomorrow" and I wanted
the music and could not find it anywhere. So my wife (who dearly loves the song)
and I sat down and worked on it. This is what came out and we were happy with it,
but I have only been playing for about 2 months. If anyone knows the real thing I
would love to get ahold of it! Email me at brothertroy@netins.net!

G Em C G D C G

       G D C G
The things that I love and hold dear to my heart
         C D G
Are just borrowed they're not mine at all
                  D C G
Jesus only let me use them to brighten my life
     D C G G7
So remind me, remind me, dear Lord

G D C G
Nothing good have I done to deserve God's own son
        C D G
I'm not worthy of the scars in his hands
                         D C G
Yet he chose the road to Calvary to die in my stead

Why he loved me I can't understand
