Hope this works for you guys.  This is just a stab I took at how to play it.  Its 
not perfect but i think its darn tootin close.

The A7sus4 is 1st string 3, 2nd is 3, 3rd is 2, 4th is 2, 5th is just open, and 
6th string is sustained
