Nothing Gets Crossed Out by Bright Eyes

I had a look at the other tabs on here Drew Whitaker was pretty much spot on but i dont 
see why you need a capo? I also tabbed the guitar solo/interlude which i think is pretty 
much 100% any suggestions welcomed.
