Michelle Branch Goodbye to You
100% Correct I Promise

This is a couple years old, I know, but it drives me crazy that no one has posted the right
tab to this song yet, everyone I've looked at has been off. In any case the guitar part to
this song is kind of buried under the piano but its really pretty, and I love the lyrics to
this song so here you go.

Standard Tuning

Tabbed only the Aucoustic Part

Guitar 1: Acoustic (plays everything)
Capo 1 (I actually like the sound if you tune down a half-step rather than move it up
with the Capo, but that's just me)

Guitar 2: Acoustic (Plays only briefly for the Bridge - Can be left out)
Capo 6 (For the tab the Chords are relative to the Capo)

The most difficult part of this song (atleast for me) is the rythm for the verses.
When the chord progression is the c-D9-G-CG one, there is a really odd rythm and this is my
attempt to tab it. You can really only get it if you can read music, but the down and up
strokes are listed. And by the way this is really more for my own personal amusement,
someone told me it wasn't possible to tab actual music notes, so I thought I'd try.

Try the rythm if you feel like it it makes the song prettier
The Rest of the song is mostly steady eighth note rythms
