but I'll try and make it as clear as possible.
This is, as far as I know, the only tabs on the Acoustic version of Back Then :)
The timing that is shown is based off the youtube video link above.

NOTE* Capo on the 2nd Fret
NOTE* Julian taps on the strings after each chord
TIP* It's all bar chords, so keep an E shape with your 2nd, 3rd and 4th fingers so 
you can just slide up the frets and bar with your 1st finger.
NOTE* h means Hammer.
ALSO* Don't be too intimidated, it's pretty repetitive
