We Are Augustines - Chapel Song Chords & Tabs

Heard this song in the DVD Menu of the snowboard film "The Art Of Flight" and started
playing by ear but somehow couldn't find the rest of the intro so I looked up on 
ultimate-guitar.com.
But the tabs look all wrong to me so I decided first time to make one myself. I'm not
100% sure but it seems better than the other tabs.
