The Fray - How To Save A Life Chords & Tabs

i was just trying to find an easy way to play this song using the piano intro on guitar 
the chords during the chorus and this is what i came up with its not really how the real 
is played but it works if you are just playing and singing it without the piano or yeah whatever

standard tuning
capo 10th (i lower it to the 8th just cuz its hard to play the chords on my guitar up 
high)
