From the album Uncle Anesthesia. Played in standard tuning with a very Spanish-guitar feel. I recommend clean or light nothing more than a little overdrive. Main riff/verses high E5, D5, C5, B5 then... C5, B5 [ Tab from: http://www.guitartabs.cc/tabs/s/screaming_trees/disappearing_crd.html ] Chorus D5, C5, B5 Lead parts are in Em. That's pretty much it. By the way, "high E5" is in reference to either (12/14/14/x/x/x) (x/7/9/9/x/x). You can even play the horn parts if you want. It's all in the key of E. to the album for timing, etc. Great tune from a legendary band. Have fun with it and enjoy.
