I think this already in the archive, but as I recall it was something of a
minimalist version. Here's what I've figured out for the main guitar
part. The second guitar throws in bits here and there. You're on your own
for those.

These two progressions are alternated in irregular fashion until you get
to "If bein' afraid is a crime...", where you play:

E C Am Cmaj7 Am
If bein' afraid is a crime we'd hang side by side

E---0-----0-----------0---------------0---------0----0----0-0----0-----
B---0--------0-------------0--------------0-----1----1----0-0----1-----
G---1-----------1--------------1----------------0----2----0-0----2-----
D---2--------------2---------------2------------2----2----2-2----2-----
A---2-------------------------------------------3----0----3-3----0-----
E---0------------------------------------------------------------------

        D7 Am D7
At the swingin' party down the line

E-------2---3------0--0-----2--2-----
B-------1-----1----1----1---1----1--- Back to the first progression
G-------2-------2--0--------2--------
D-------0----------2--------0--------
A------------------0-----------------
E------------------------------------

The little interlude in the middle of the song goes something like this:

E------------------------------|---------------------
B-----------0-h-1-p-0----------|---------------------
G----------------------2--0----|---------------------
D--0-s-2--2------------------0-|--1-s-2--2-----------
A------------------------------|------------2-0-2----
E------------------------------|-------------------0-

E--------------------------|---------------------------
B-----------0-h-1-p-0------|-----------0-h-1-p-0-------
G----------------------2-0-|----------------------2-0-- Back to main
D--0-s-2--2----------------|--0-s-2--2----------------- progression
A--------------------------|---------------------------
E--------------------------|---------------------------

There are other little subtleties, especially at the end, but this is the
basic song. Hope all you 'Mats fans out there like it.
