The song is in standard tuning, this isn't ExACTLY what it is...its the main chords 
the rest is just some kind of picking here and there to spice it up. Hopefully this helps.

I think the bridge part is just
" I always thought I would stand on my own..." just listen to the songs it should be 
to find the rhythm.

I know this isn't even CLOSE to perfect, but its the "majority" of how the song
