I Saw You Tab

Josh Kelley "I Saw You"
from his album For The Ride Home
Tabbed by Joe Piskai
joseph.piskai@villanova.edu
"You know that note... that note, when you hit it,
it just screws up your face? Yeah, thats what 'nasty' is."
--------------------------------------------------------
I had the opportunity to see Josh perform this song.
Unfortunately, I didn't get to see how he played it, but here's what I do:

Capo on 2nd,
tab (and chord positions) relative to capo

Listen to the CD to get the strumming down...

Guitar Solo

The solo is easy if you're down with the pentatonic scale.
It's done on electric, but I haven't attempted it on my les paul yet...
On acoustic, here's how I play it: slightly less bends, and more slides.
It's in F#:
(We're still on the capo here)
