One of the greatest songs of all time, in my opinion. 
(Unfortunately the most circulated version isn't a very good recording!)
This is my first tab so bear with me.

The part where it gets harder the guitar plays around with the roots
and octaves, around C, Bb and Ab. On the Ab it usually slides up to an
octave higher, on the A string 11th fret.

That's about it, the little octave things you can figure out by listening
to the song.
