We Write The Wrong Tab

The Early November
We Write the Wrong
Tuning: Drop C#

Sorry about the wordiness of this tab, but it's difficult to describe the song and tab
out without actually noting some stuff. The words are important, but if you just play
along to the song, you'll easily learn the song. It's not difficult.

The lead guitar plays over the rhythm throughout the song

D#-------------|
A#---10--------|
F#------9------| This plays five times each time before a rest.
C#--------12---| As an intro, he plays this four times before the drums come
G#-------------| in.
C#-------------|

Rhythm guitar:

D#-----------|
A#-----------|
F#----9---7--| If you listen to the song, you just strum through the chord
C#----7---5--| once, and you strum through it on the beat the above arpeggio
G#----7---5--| starts.
C#----7---5--|

So the intro is and the verse is exactly the same. The lead guitar plays the arpeggio a
set of 12 times [(5 in a set) or 60 times in total] before the chorus.

Chorus:

             Lead guitar:
D#---------------------------------------------|
A#---------------------------------------------|
F#--6-------14-14---13-13---11-11-9-9---7-6----|
C#-----x15-------------------------------------|
G#--4-------12-12---11-11---9-9---7-7---5-4----|
C#---------------------------------------------|

Rhythm Guitar:

D#-------------------|
A#-------------------|
F#-------------------|
C#---4-------7-------| The 7 power chord plays along with the lead part above
G#---4--x15--7-------|
C#---4-------7-------|

-----------------This plays three times and then----------------

(this is just what to play after the three times, he switches going from 4 to 7, to 4 to 0).

Rhythm Guitar:

D#-------------------------|
A#-------------------------|
F#-------------------------|
C#---4------0--------------|
G#---4------0--------------|
C#---4------0--------------|

Then repeat verse stuff

And repeat chorus

After the second chorus there's a small cute little bridge

On the second chorus, after you play the open power chord, you slide up to 9.

Rhythm Guitar

D#------------|
A#------------|
F#------------|
C#------------| x2 before the lead guitar comes in
G#------------|
C#---/9---0---|

Lead guitar:

/9 \0 <--- just showing you where the rhythm
                                       plays over the lead.
D#-----------------------------------|
A#---------15---------------15-------|
F#------------14---------------14----|
C#------12---------------12----------| This plays a total of 5 times
G#---14---------------12-------------| And the rhythm plays a total of 4
C#-----------------------------------| times.

Then the chorus repeats another time

And the then he repeats "You write the wrong" a 10 times

While he says "You write the wrong" 10 times, the rhythm guitar plays the chorus over,
and the lead just does a trill on the 12th fret of the 1st string, and does some hardly
noticeable funky stuff, like he'll bend it up, and I think he quickly switches down to
lower fret for a second, and goes back to the trill, but it's not important.

The music stops, and there's an outro that last for about 4 minutes. It's easy another
to play, you just do some cool stuff on the upper frets, but you need an echo, or delay
pedal, and I think I hear a bit of reverb. Or a black hole pedal I think would do the
trick. I don't have any delay pedals, and it's not the important part of the song, but you
want to do it, it's easy enough to play along to.
