I learned how to play this song off of UG but I did a few things that added a bit more 
sound variation.
Sounds really good in my opinion and isn't very hard to play. So here goes.

Don't be intimidated by the number of chords and their crazy names... its all really 
just variations of
C, Am, Gmaj, and Fmaj7 that take only a one finger difference each change.

Note: Some of the chords are wrongly named because they either don't exist or I couldn't 
find them.
