Intro (how Dave plays it live)
E-------------------------------------------0--------
B------------1------------3----------5----5----------
G---------4---------------0--------7----5------------ X4
D------2--------------4---------7--------------------
A----------------3/5---------------------------------
E----------------------------------------------------

Verse: Dave plays this in his live acoustic versions with Tim Reynolds but because hes
the best, Dave throws in tons of variations but Ill just give you the basics and you can
fool around with it.

(Strum) listen to CD for rhythm

E--x---x----x---x---------
B--8---8----8---8---------
G--7---7----7---7---------
A--0---o----0---0---------
D--x---x----7---5---------
E--5---7----0---0---------

Then, before you go into the refrain, hold the strum for a strum longer to lead into
the refrain

  Hold and slide into refrain
E--x-----
B--8-----
G--7-----
D--0-----
A-5/----
E--0-----

"I will go in this way..."
E-------------------
B---3---3--------3--
G---0---2----9---0--
D---0---0---10---0- etc...
A---2---x---10---2--
E---3---2---/8---3--
Another version that I picked up was the live acoustic one. I think this is what Tim
Reynolds plays but Im not totally sure, but itll just make the general sound of the
song come through more and you can layer it with extra color to make it sound really
good (good if youre the only guitarist)

Strum

E---------------------------------7--7-----2--------------
B-0h1--1--1--------2h3---3--3-----8--8-----3--------------
G--0----0--0--------2-----2--2-----9--9-----2--0-0h4-------
D-0h2--2--2--------2h4---4--4-----9--9-----0-------0 0h4--
A--0----0--0--------2-----2--2-----7--7-----x--------------
E----------------------------------0--0-----2--------------

Daves part in the acoustic version above, you can use it to add lots of color and
harmony, or if youre the only guitar in the song it provides a good bridge into
refrain, or just to add a little something extra J

(Let the Bass strings ring while you strum)

E-----10-10------10-10--------10--------10-10---------
B-----8--8-------8---8--------8---------8---8---------
G----x--x-------x---x--------x---------x---x---------
D-----9--9-------9---9--------9---------9---9---------
A---0------------x---x-----7------------x---x---------
E-------------7---------------------7-----------------

Well thats it and hopefully its correct; email me if you have any corrections or suggestions.
