Dissolve Me Chords

This is basically the previously submitted tab by Ash1127. I just changed
around a few chords here and there. The Em7 doesn't quite fit I don't think
but I couldn't find anything else that sounded better. Maybe someone else
can figure it out and throw it in the comments.

Bm A G D
Bm A G D

        Bm A G D
Now dissolve me-
                        Bm A G D
Two tabs on your tongue
   Bm A
A herd of shepherds to herd the sheep,
         G D Bm A G D
Sleep now my only one
            Bm A G D Bm A G D
Broken sweethearts (ahh-ah) who sleep apart
Bm A
Both still pine for the other's side spine
G D Bm A G D
Spoon as sleep starts
