Wait for the guitar to do the riff twice, then you come in with the verse:

Play the verse once more, another chorus and then comes the part with the stops. The 
is the same as the one in the verse, but the bass does something in between riffs one time, 
is:

The harmonic heard is played by the bass too. It's the harmonic in the 5th fret of the G string.

That's all the riffs. The bass plays the verse riff during the whole whispering part, 
just gotta be careful with the volume.
