Below is one more update of 'Late in the Day'.  I've amended 
Dutch Ronnydee's version, which contained a couple of small,
but important errors. The solos now have the chords as well 
for those budding rhythm guitarists, and the solo itself has
been touched up.

[Quick note: for added authenticity, try to slide up from the
Am to the A7sus4,6 chord in the verse, something like
