Sum 41 Chords & Tabs

Version: 3 Type: Tab

No Brains Tab

"NO BRAINS" Solo
Sum 41
DOES THIS LOOK INFECTED?
Tabber: Braden
Guitarist: Dave Baksh

Comments: Nobody has posted the No Brains solo here, so I thought I'd
give it a shot. This actually sounds pretty good along with the song.
About the entire second half of this solo I'm really not sure about,
but it sounds good on my guitar. PLEASE email me at braden_01@hotmail.com
and tell me how it is, I'd appreciate it.

Legend:
p=pulloff
h=hammer on
b=bend (I'll let you decide how much you want to bend- half bend sounds
ok)

Standard tuning- EADGBe
Pick this pretty much as fast as you can.
This is the fast paced step into the solo.
[ Tab from: https://www.guitartabs.cc/tabs/s/sum_41/no_brains_tab_ver_3.html ]
e|-------------------------------------------------|
B|-12-10-10-9--12-10-10-9--12-10-10-9--12-10-10-9--|
G|-------------------------------------------------|
D|-------------------------------------------------|
A|-------------------------------------------------|
E|-------------------------------------------------|

Pick the first 9 and 11 as you're letting the bend go back down to
it's original position.

B|-12b-9-11-11-9-11-9-11-9-------------------------------|
G|--------------------------9h11--9h11--9h11--9h11--9h11-|
D|-------------------------------------------------------|
E|-------------------------------------------------------|

Ok, in this last part he's DEFINITELY using some effects (effects
I don't have), but this should still sound semi-close.

The reason it's all bunched up like that is because you only pick
the very first note, the 13 and the 16.
