The twiddle at the end is most easily done with a pick, but because I much
prefer finger style, I usually slap it to get the right timing. You Hit,
hammer, hit, hit, hammer hit. I usually then slide back down the string to
play the A on the E string, but if you find it hard to slide back down you
could always hit the open A instead.
