This was NOT an easy task, I can assure you of that!!
Some piano chords do not convert well to guitar!

TUNING: 1/2 step down, dropped D (actually Db), with 
        capo on 2nd fret.  The 3rd fret now becomes 
        the 1st fret etc. (this is just to be consistent
        with the half step down thing)

   This whole measure is IMPOSSIBLE
   to be arranged for guitar because
   of the difference in number of
   octaves to a piano.  The C is meant
   to be a low C, but I HAD to arrange
   it as a high, I am very sorry!

     are fret numbers IN RELATION TO 
     THE CAPO!
     The dot on the 3rd fret becomes the
     1st fret in the tab fret.

As you can probably tell, this TAB was not
an easy task for me to work out and transcribe,

First off, use what Billy calls 'grunge tuning' (dropped D).  Then take that Dropped D and tune it down a 
half step to a C#.  In the last guitar world interview  Billy said the whole album was tuned down a half step to get a deeper sound.  After that, the song is quite easy.

I can't remember exactly where in the lyrics the changes are but once
you listen to the song you'll know where they are & where changes  #1 and #2 go.
Be patient with my instructions, this is my first posting.  Recommendation: use a light pick to get that continuous guitar attack.  Cheers to everyone else who has posted tabs. Much appreciated. I'm waiting

Bi-phase.  They've used it before and mine can mimic
