Scott Alan - Take Me Away Chords & Tabs

Hello there! I was frustrated that these chords were nowhere to be found on the 
internet so I've attempted to find them myself. I'm not a very skilled player, so 
I don't know any of the fancy, fingerpicking stuff, but I'm fairly sure these are 
the basic chords. I've never submitted a Tab before so feel free to critique!
