If you can't give me everything - Reigning Sound

Saw an existing tab on here that didn't sound quite right so I tabbed this out 
listening to the slower acoustic version & watching a concert video of the faster 
electric one. Hard to tell exactly where the finger placements are, but I think 
this is a little more right on. Please feel free to suggest improvements, 
especially the bridge and outro. Also, I couldn't figure out what name to give two 
chords at the end of the verse (see the bottom for finger positions).
