SOLO

In this song Tom Morello (the guitarist) uses his fret hand to rub against 
his strings while flicking the pickup switch with his pick hand to create
a record scratching sound.  If you want to attempt this you gotta play with
your distortion and probably turn the gain up quite a bit, then try to slide
along with the pattern leaving the switch in the bridge position during 
longer "scratches".
