This has got to be one of the easiest songs ever written. I believe it was on "Phantom Planet Was Here" and the "Orange County" soundtrack.
Anyway, the intro is the hardest part, which says a lot about the song. I think it was originally arranged for piano or something similar, but it sounds decent played on guitar. Enjoy.

That's pretty much it. There's a part somewhere between the 2nd chorus and the bridge but it's the same as the one before it.
You should be able to figure it out pretty easily. The song is really easy and is fun to play.
