Tuning: Okay really basic song structure and somewhat fun to play as a basic song... I 
it is tuned a quarter step down though, which is weird...

 I have also played this using 2 on e and 4 on a and d using the same idea, bottom two 
all three and it sounds okay to but I think Jimmy plays it like the top one...
