for the breakdown where Gerard sings "the only hope for me is you" several times, I've
decided to play E, Am as I can't figure out the exact chords there, it sounds alright to 
me, if anyone does know feel free to leave them in the comments below.

The outro is also E, Am until the end of the song. It's quite easy, I'm sure you can all
work it out! :)
