Notes:
I'm trying not to make this complicated but it is, considering it's black
sabbath. Listen to the song while playing. Figures are chronological,
subjective and done by ear (so keep that into consideration). Have Fun ;)
Standard Tuning [EADGBe]
KEY
h = hammer on
p = pull off
~ = vibrato
/ = slide up
\ = slide down
X = muted/unfretted
*\ = pick slide down
*/ = pick slide up
U = bend up
n = bend release
u = unvalued bend [bend string a bit, not enough to change pitch by a
1/2 step]
\u = unvalued slide down
/u = unvalued slide up
() = notes in parentheses indicate that they either have little value,
are optional or pass by quickly.
[bend example --> "14U16" means to bend at the 14th fret up to what
sounds like the 16th fret (but it is technically different considering
it's bent -to- not fretted -at- the 16th) ---- on the other hand
"[14U16]" means that the value of what's played is a note that's already
bent to 16, as opposed to hearing the bend itself in the phrase, also
known as a 'pre-bend' ]
