you will need to tune down half a step, or use capo on first fret.
I know it's not entirely correct but i'm shure it's pretty close.
I suppose they play the verse like this to. 
also the rythm needs to be slightly different from the album version.
the album version seems unpossible on one single guitar, at least to me.
